A limited liability company (hereinafter the company) is a business company that has a statutory fund consisting of members’ contributions.
Participants bear property responsibility only within the limits of their contribution, that is, the participant is not responsible for his share in the company’s property for his personal obligations.
The size of the statutory fund, shares and basic provisions of the activity are determined by the founding documents.
A limited liability company is the most versatile and common type of legal entity-business entity, which can be opened by both individuals and legal entities and even foreigners.
This form of entrepreneurship involves exclusively commercial activity, that is, aimed at obtaining profit from property ownership, sale of goods, performance of works or provision of services.
Advantages of LLC registration:
